"Thank you so much for your services! I was in a real bind to provide a member of the congregation programs for her belated mother's funeral. I needed a great price and quick turnaround...a real RUSH job. I paid for the Overnight Shipping method based on the fact that I thought it would take Docucopies a couple days to print and fold the programs. After tracking the progress of the job and realizing it was finished a day ahead of time I called to ask if I could send the order 2nd Day shipping instead. Genese politely said it was no problem and promptly issued me a credit for the difference in shipping, saving the congregation over $37.00!
