"I first chose to go with Docucopies because even with shipping and exchange, your prices are so good that nobody local (or anyone else I researched) could even come close to matching them!! It would have cost me at least 4X as much to get the job done here, and probably twice as long, even with shipping, customs, etc, etc. I was soooo impressed with the result when it arrived, too!!! I'd had nightmares about pages being out of order or missing, or extra pages put in, which I was pretty confident wouldn't actually happen... but I was blown away when the box arrived with my books and they looked EXACTLY how I had envisioned them! "Your prices are what caused me to choose Docucopies. It was a fraction of Office Max. I couldn't afford their prices, period. Also, it's very difficult to find out how much you'll spend on their website. I was frustrated with their site. I mean, how hard can it be to list your color copy prices? Your online calculator helped me see what I could expect to spend. GREAT TOOL! Free shipping, quick turnaround, user-friendly website are all important. Docucopies has been reliable- I appreciate the e-mails verifying order processing and one when the order ships. We also work with Verizon co-op and require several invoice/shipping paperwork related items in order to get reimbursed. Although it wasn't your standard procedure to send the requested paperwork, Lynn has been very helpful and willing to send the items we need.
