"Your prices are what caused me to choose Docucopies. It was a fraction of Office Max. I couldn't afford their prices, period. Also, it's very difficult to find out how much you'll spend on their website. I was frustrated with their site. I mean, how hard can it be to list your color copy prices? Your online calculator helped me see what I could expect to spend. GREAT TOOL! Free shipping, quick turnaround, user-friendly website are all important. Plus, when I called with questions your staff spoke English clearly and was very helpful. I don't like to order from a site that doesn't list a phone number for support. "I have tried using a couple different companies to print and mail postcards for direct mail campaigns. My main complaint with those companies is the inconsistent turn around time. Docucopies has been reliable- I appreciate the e-mails verifying order processing and one when the order ships. We also work with Verizon co-op and require several invoice/shipping paperwork related items in order to get reimbursed. Although it wasn't your standard procedure to send the requested paperwork, Lynn has been very helpful and willing to send the items we need.
