"First, I am an individual whose only need for printing is an annual Christmas letter. This is the second year I've used your company. The day AFTER I placed my order, I received a $20 coupon via e-mail. When I called to ask if I could apply the coupon to my order, I spoke with Lynn and, sadly, she could not accommodate as my credit card had already been charged. Much to her credit, though, she offered a fair compromise and sent me a $20 coupon with a 1-year expiration date. (The original coupon expired in March and based on my printing needs was useless to me.) Not only did Lynn offer a satisfying solution, she did it with a great attitude and genuine concern for my satisfaction. "To DocuCopies Management: I needed to get something done well, don't have much/any money, yet want to get into the museum shops nationally.
