"Other things I noticed, favorably, were: (1) You give an actual street address for yourselves, and it's in the USA. (2) You have a UPS emblem on your home page; I prefer both UPS and USPS which are unionized, over FedEx which is not. (3) And the cincher for me was "When you call our customer service line during normal business hours, you will always talk to a live human being employed at our actual place of business..." in other words you hire American.
