"Viewed a few different review websites where it was kind of hit or miss with people's luck from you guys. Upon receiving my order I was very impressed by the quality of the prints and the amount of time from order to getting on my doorstep. And where can I begin about the price? Major printing companies in my area cost me 35 cents a minimum for regular 24 lb paper (not to mention that the print quality was not as good). Just under $150 for 1,000 60 lb flyers is ridiculously cheap. I have many, many more copies to be made and will continue to work through you if it was the same experience I had this time. The phone staff, and I talked to three people on three different calls in the process of placing the order, were all WONDERFULLY gracious and helpful. Two female and one male, as I recall. I was a panicked first-time user, and they kindly walked me through each step and when I needed to do something major on my own, like design the back cover (choose the shade, make it oversized, and all that for a bleed) the telephone person was very nice and told me what had to be done and to call back when I had it done. No pressure, always helpful. Then when the order was in, another person, a guy, called to sort out a mistake I had made and to be sure that everything was just what I wanted.
