"Copies arrived exactly when rep said they would, which was important to me. But here's the rest of the story. My neighbor told me UPS tried to deliver a package and the regular guy was training someone new and told him to put the package over the gate (which means opening the gate and placing it on the porch). But the idiot misunderstood and instead threw the box over the 6 foot high fence into my backyard! When I heard this, I was afraid the box and the copies would be damaged. But when I got the box, there wasn't even a dent on it and all the copies were perfect. Excellent packaging on your part. Your boxes are really tough and it was packed to protect the copies. "I've been printing booklets and posters for clients for years and no one can touch your price and your free shipping. Your customer service is first rate and I can't say enough good things about Lynn. She was quick to respond and smart and always had the right answers. A lot of times you get what you pay for and in the case of DocuCopies what you get is way more than you pay for. I used to produce a small magazine and had it printed in Pennsylvania because their overhead was so low, they could beat everybody local to me in Boston. They're no longer around and even though I know all of the local printers, their prices aren't competitive with yours. "This is the 3rd year I have ordered our program from Docucopies. Each time I have been very impressed with the price, turn around time and quality of the program. The program is for our annual field show tournament, which I assemble from items submitted to me by the students. I have been impressed each time that I have received a phone call expressing concern over the fact that some of the pictures I have submitted are low resolution and might come out fuzzy. I explained each time that I had to work with what I had received and to continue with production. And in spite of some of the items being of poor quality, the overall quality of the booklet is very nice. "docucopies delivered in every way. i was first struck by the fact that every time i called on the phone, it was answered quickly by a real person, and that that person in every case took care of my query personally, not transferring me to anyone else. i was unfamiliar with the process of shepherding a large manuscript, with many photos, from digital format into laser-ready copy, and particularly with the effect of this process on color. adam was very helpful with this, and when he wasn't available whoever answered the phone picked up the query immediately and gave me the help i needed. it took us a lot of iterations, but all of the docucopy people i talked with were helpful. during the process, everyone i talked with understood what i needed and did his/her best to provide it. you folks are unique. beyond all that, the product you produced was excellent - very good quality. i couldn't be more pleased. and i chose you at first strictly on the basis of price. all of the foregoing was a huge bonus. best regards"Cliff B. - CA - Fri, 9/21/2012
