"When my order arrived I was very disappointed by the copy quality. The job was shipped quickly and the binding and finishing looked great but the printing was grey and simply not dark enough for a professional looking publication. When I called Annie she was incredibly nice and said she'd look into it. The next day she returned my call, agreed that the printing could be much better and had the booklet reprinted and reshipped. The reprinted booklets arrived - looking SO much better - about 4 days later. "Copies arrived exactly when rep said they would, which was important to me. But here's the rest of the story. My neighbor told me UPS tried to deliver a package and the regular guy was training someone new and told him to put the package over the gate (which means opening the gate and placing it on the porch). But the idiot misunderstood and instead threw the box over the 6 foot high fence into my backyard! When I heard this, I was afraid the box and the copies would be damaged. But when I got the box, there wasn't even a dent on it and all the copies were perfect. Excellent packaging on your part. Your boxes are really tough and it was packed to protect the copies. Your customer service is first rate and I can't say enough good things about Lynn. She was quick to respond and smart and always had the right answers. I used to produce a small magazine and had it printed in Pennsylvania because their overhead was so low, they could beat everybody local to me in Boston. "This is the 3rd year I have ordered our program from Docucopies. Each time I have been very impressed with the price, turn around time and quality of the program. The program is for our annual field show tournament, which I assemble from items submitted to me by the students. I have been impressed each time that I have received a phone call expressing concern over the fact that some of the pictures I have submitted are low resolution and might come out fuzzy. I explained each time that I had to work with what I had received and to continue with production. And in spite of some of the items being of poor quality, the overall quality of the booklet is very nice.
