At the last minute, I discovered an error that I made and went to Kinkos to reprint the page. "Even when things don't go right, Docucopies' staff seems to bend over backwards to accommodate their customers. My booklets had to be in my hand on a particular day...and I neglected to note my deadline in the production notes, so my order wasn't processed immediately. (It actually says on the website to note when you need the order.) I panicked when I realized the order wouldn't get to me in time, so I called and talked to a REAL HUMAN PERSON without having to go through a digital menu and I was able to pay for next day delivery. Unfortunately UPS lost my package and it didn't arrived until two days later. As soon as I called docucopies, they checked the tracking # and saw that the package was delayed and immediately credited my charge card for the overnight shipping charge.
