"I think that docucopies is very responsive and high quality. I appreciate that Annie emailed me the minute she thought something was wrong with my file... And there was, so she saved me a huge blunder. In terms of speed, obviously we give 2 weeks time which is good for a printer, but we have a local connection that is cheaper and faster for the most part, due to location, and so we only use docucopies when we have a special order like calendars that we know we would be better off outsourcing.
