"It was great to have fast turn around and support in getting it exactly like I wanted. I had some graphics that were too big for the page (ran off the edge) and I wanted those to just be cut off when they got to the edge of printable space. I had other graphics that I wanted to be included and not cut off (shrink the whole page to fit). Your people did a great job of following the instructions and getting it exactly right. "I was extremely apprehensive to do my project on-line, mainly because I needed it fast and I wanted to make sure that it was done correctly, and looked right, which meant I wanted to see a hard copy first. What swayed me was Docucopies waterproof/tearproof paper. (No one else offered this option) I thought we would be laminating all the pages, but this paper not only does the job of lamination, but it also is less bulky. Even had my kids try to rip the pages and we put them in water. Almost indestructible! Plus, saved us a big chunk of money! Docucopies was amazing! Easy to download documents. Verification of special instructions. I had my hard copy in days and was able to get my spiral bound 90 page construction safety manual mailed out within a week. Looks fabulous and will last! "I was having problems working with another company and timing for my product. I contacted DocuCopies a week after starting with this other company and they got my product out on time, ahead of when the other company was going to get it out (even though I had started working with them a whole week later). "WOW! My experience was outstanding, start to finish. I spoke with Anne a month in advance, a week in advance, and the day I placed my order. She was very helpful each time. I so appreciated knowing the person I was talking to wasn't just a person hired to answer the phone, but someone who was very experienced in all aspects of the business. I requested delivery by 8 a.m. the next day; my order arrived at 7 a.m. The cost of rush delivery was more than the cost of the printing itself BUT the total cost was still about comparable to the quotes I received from local printers with longer delivery times, so still a great value. I was truly amazed at the quality of the final product--the paper, colors, photos, and overall printing were first rate. Thank you for your excellence throughout the process! One comment: I was, as I'm sure many people are, afraid to order printing online. I'm not sure I would have done so if I hadn't learned you were just across the river in Hudson--I'd never heard of online printers before. Talking with Anne helped me have more confidence in your company. Still, it was a definite hurdle to put my faith in a web-only printer. Thanks again to all for a truly outstanding experience.
