How does online printing work?

Checks delay order processing/production and cause additional (and often unnecessary) work for our accounting professionals. Like most online retailers and service providers, we require payment in full before we can begin production. We do not invoice for Net30/45/etc. purchase orders, regardless of the nature of the purchasing organization.
Although most industries have been phasing out checks as a payment option for many years, we realize this may seem inconvenient for some organizations (such as public schools and universities) who are accustomed to paying by check. But nearly all of our customers in the education sector are able to pay with a card or ACH transfer instead, so we suggest you consult with your purchasing manager about this requirement — even if you think paying by check is your only option.
Even for orders over the $5,000 threshold, we still recommend you pay with a credit card or ACH transfer to ensure the most timely production and delivery possible.

- Select Product and Enter Job Specifications:
Enter the number of pages to print, quantity, color, paper stock, binding, and other printing options. - Custom Price Requests:
If you need additional services which are not covered on the automated order form, enter your standard job specs, then click Custom Quote at the bottom and let us know what's needed. We'll email you back with an updated quote. - Select Shipping Options:
Enter your ZIP code at the bottom to preview or select the estimated delivery dates and rush delivery options. - Upload Your Files:
Upload documents or artwork for printing. - Choose Delivery Date:
Review or select the estimated rush delivery date from the calendar as needed. - Select Billing Options:
Choose your payment method. Credit card is preferred and has the least chance of causing additional delays. - Review and Submit:
Review your order summary and click submit.
