Why is Detailed Tracking Unavailable for Mailing Services?
We deliver your mailing job to our local post office in Wisconsin or California. This is the most we can track with our system. USPS then transports your mailers to the appropriate local post office(s) as needed for final delivery. Most USPS services do not offer detailed tracking beyond this.
DocuCopies.com cannot confirm or guarantee that the final delivery is completed by USPS, and cannot refund your order due to issues with USPS completing delivery, since this is out of our control. Please contact USPS directly for more information about 1st Class and EDDM limitations.

Within a 3" area on the right side of your piece, please leave a 1" x 1" and 2.75" x 1" blank area for the postal indicia and address block.
This example is on 4x12, but the address block and indicia stay the same size regardless of the size or type of mailing piece.
